Description
- Work with relevant departments to analyze business processes.
- Create concepts for automating business operations.
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath or comparable tools.
- Design and implement AI-driven agents and workflows.
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing bots and workflows.
- Find new opportunities for process automation.
- Improve automation solutions for stability, quality, and business value.
- Build and expand agent integrations, including Agent–SAP interfaces using MCP.
- Coordinate automation initiatives across departments.
Requirements
- A completed IT-related degree, vocational qualification, or comparable training, such as computer science, business informatics, or IT specialist training.
- Professional experience with RPA, workflow automation, AI-powered workflows, or AI agents.
- Experience assessing business processes and defining automation solutions with specialist departments.
- Hands-on experience building, testing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring RPA bots with UiPath or similar tools.
- Practical knowledge of AI agent and workflow development, including tool calling, prompting, guardrails, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of REST/JSON interfaces and authentication, ideally with SAP integration experience.
- Sound software engineering skills in Python or JavaScript, along with Git, logging, monitoring, and clear documentation practices.
- Very good written and spoken German.
- Strong communication abilities, an organized working style, and a collaborative mindset.
- Relevant professional experience is required.
