Accounts Payable Accountant
Handle accounts payable for Eurocar Italia, part of Italy’s leading Volkswagen brand sales and service group. Record invoices, review costs, and prepare reports for management.
Description
- Record supplier invoices after consulting and obtaining approval from cost center managers
- Accrue general expenses each month in coordination with the assigned controller
- Review clearing accounts and ledger accounts monthly
- Help track progress on investment projects planned across company locations
- Prepare cost reports and analyses requested by management
Requirements
- Diploma from a technical or business economics institute, or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiative in questioning the status quo
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Discretion when handling company data
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Authorization to process personal data in accordance with GDPR 2016/679 and the Italian Privacy Code
