Workday Finance Functional Analyst
Support and improve BDO in Australia’s Workday Finance platform, partnering with Finance and Technology teams across Australian offices.
विवरण
- Provide day-to-day support and administration for Workday Finance modules, including Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Expenses, Suppliers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects and Project Billing.
- Investigate system incidents and user questions to reduce disruption to business operations.
- Monitor, maintain and improve Workday configurations.
- Work with Finance and other stakeholders to develop practical system solutions suited to business needs.
- Assist with testing changes, releases and enhancements.
- Evaluate the effects of Workday’s twice-yearly releases and help introduce relevant functionality.
- Create and update business process flows, configuration specifications and user guidance.
- Ensure changes are documented, tested, approved and deployed in line with governance and change management procedures.
- Help optimise, support and enhance BDO’s Workday Finance platform.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience supporting, improving or delivering Workday or other enterprise finance or ERP systems.
- Experience in a finance function or supporting finance processes.
- Accounting or finance background is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of configuration, security, business process frameworks and reporting in finance or ERP systems.
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify needs and deliver effective outcomes.
- Ability to take ownership of issues and enhancements through timely resolution and follow-up.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience gathering, clarifying and validating business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology or a related field is desirable.
- Workday certifications are highly regarded.
