Lead global accounting, tax, and controllership for Signant Health’s AI-powered clinical trial solutions. Oversee multinational reporting and improve NetSuite, OneStream, and finance automation.

- Lead Signant Health’s global accounting and controllership function
- Safeguard financial reporting across all entities and regions
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across all entities
- Deliver accurate, timely consolidated financial statements
- Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and technical accounting positions under US GAAP and IFRS
- Oversee statutory reporting and coordinate audits across jurisdictions
- Manage local controllership teams and relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
- Act as executive owner of NetSuite and OneStream
- Optimize systems, automate workflows, and protect financial data integrity
- Coordinate financial systems integration with IT and FP&A
- Advance AI adoption and continuous improvement across controllership
- Manage multi-currency consolidation, transfer pricing coordination, intercompany activity, and foreign currency translation and remeasurement
- Promote consistent accounting policies across international entities
- Lead global tax and treasury teams alongside legal teams on cross-border structuring, entity rationalization, and compliance
- Guide the Global Tax Director and oversee the global tax function
- Coordinate preparation and review of income tax provisions under ASC 740
- Manage multinational tax exposure, including permanent establishment, withholding tax, and indirect tax compliance
- Work with external tax counsel and advisors on planning, restructuring, and M&A tax diligence and integration
- Recruit, develop, and grow a strong global accounting team, including outsourced providers
- Advise the CFO and senior leaders on financial strategy, M&A integration, and business decisions
- Present consolidated results and controllership updates to executive leadership, the Board, and investors

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Bring at least 15 years of progressive accounting or controllership experience
- Have significant experience at a multinational company with multiple entities and currencies
- Understand project-based accounting and financial reporting in depth
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
- Have hands-on experience implementing, optimizing, or administering NetSuite as a core ERP
- Have direct experience with OneStream or a comparable consolidation or EPM platform, such as Hyperion or Oracle EPM
- Have working knowledge of corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax in a multinational setting
- Have experience managing outsourced tax and audit relationships across multiple jurisdictions
- Show success leading global teams and improving processes through systems and automation
- Be comfortable with technology and interested in applying AI and automation to improve efficiency and decisions
- Communicate complex accounting matters clearly to executives outside finance
- Communicate effectively with boards and demonstrate executive presence
