  • Capture video footage for website and social marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the team to build content workflows from initial concept through production.
  • Support organized file management and content sharing across teams and stakeholders.
  • Bring forward new graphic concepts and creative ideas.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review video priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with social and content teams on higher-production social videos.
  • Develop informative, educational, and high-quality video content.
  • Work directly with marketing, photography, and content teams.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in videography and video editing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After Effects.
  • Experience sourcing and compiling relevant archival footage and other materials.
  • Experience using equipment for off-site shoots, such as drones, GoPros, or comparable tools.
  • Experience editing social content in CapCut or a similar application.
  • Creative interest in new approaches to video storytelling, including 3D renderings, animation, and AI-assisted product imagery or video.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, logical story development, and visual communication.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Self-directed ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities across multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and execution quality.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe AI, Gemini, Perplexity, Replit, or Sora; vibe-coding experience is a plus.
