- Design intuitive digital experiences for web-based products and platforms
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma and other design tools
- Support user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Turn complex business requirements and legacy processes into clear, intuitive digital solutions
- Maintain and improve design systems, component libraries, and UI standards across brands and platforms
- Apply accessibility requirements and responsive design principles throughout the design process
- Work with Product Managers, Developers, business stakeholders, and external agencies from discovery through implementation
- Create thorough design documentation and support handover, testing, and delivery
- Help drive innovation and continuous improvement across digital products and services
आवश्यकताएँ
- Significant UX/UI design experience, preferably in complex digital environments
- Advanced Figma skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design
- Experience developing user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design, usability testing, and user research methods
- Experience delivering work within Agile teams
- Ability to convert business requirements and customer insights into effective digital experiences
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and digital design best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Understanding of front-end principles such as HTML, CSS, and component-based design is advantageous
- Experience in regulated industries, financial services, fintech, or similarly complex sectors is highly beneficial
