Underwriting Service Specialist | Arch Capital Group | Remote, United States
Support Arch Capital Group’s insurance accounts through policy issuance, rating, reporting, invoicing, and underwriting transactions. Coordinate with brokers and internal teams while working remotely in the United States.

- Manage service delivery for moderately complex accounts, including policy and endorsement issuance
- Organize and establish account documentation
- Review account information and enter it into appropriate systems to support accurate data reporting
- Order, prepare, and update reports
- Complete policy rating and perform initial entries in rating models
- Process underwriting transactions and service requests
- Act as a key contact for assigned accounts, communicating with brokers and internal teams
- Handle booking and invoicing activities
- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned

- Technical insurance expertise, including workers’ compensation, general liability, property, and commercial auto

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Two to five years of experience in the insurance industry
