  • Lead a team while building trusted client relationships.
  • Help develop prospective business and contribute to sustainable growth.
  • Partner with colleagues in an entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Direct tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, with a focus on financial services clients.
  • Use expertise in hedge fund K-1s, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
  • Provide clients with tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
  • Review complex tax returns and communicate with clients regularly.
  • Build effective working relationships with clients, staff, and external vendors.
  • Train, supervise, review, and assess team members.
  • Make occasional local visits to client sites.
  • Pursue new client relationships and take part in seminars for clients and prospects.
  • Track changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards and apply them to engagements.
  • Coordinate service delivery and share knowledge with other tax professionals.
  • Take responsibility for your own development goals and hold direct reports accountable for theirs.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a comparable field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive tax experience delivering compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
  • At least 8 years of tax compliance experience focused on complex individual and business taxation.
  • Recent experience in public accounting.
  • CPA license or IRS Enrolled Agent certification.
  • A master’s degree in taxation or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience winning new clients and growing a book of business is preferred.
  • Experience with CCH Axcess tax software is preferred.
