Counsel patients with opioid use disorder at Crossroads Treatment Centers, delivering medication-assisted treatment support in an outpatient clinic. The hybrid role serves the Petersburg/Richmond area, with remote work on Fridays.

- Counsel patients with opioid use disorder.
- Provide evidence-based medication-assisted treatment support in an outpatient clinic.
- Serve patients in the Petersburg/Richmond, Virginia area.
- Work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Work remotely on Fridays; hours are to be determined.
- Maintain a target caseload of 40–55 patients in line with state regulations.
- Take part in training and supervision as needed for certification or licensure.
- Support patients as they start and sustain recovery from opioid use disorder.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Hold a Virginia Resident in Counseling, LPC, LSATP, LCSW, or CSAC license.
- Have at least one year of experience as a substance abuse counselor.
- Have no legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- If in recovery, have three years of continuous, verifiable abstinence.
- Have general clinical experience working with underserved populations.
- Experience treating patients with opioid addiction is preferred.
- Personal experience with addiction is a plus.
