- Handle commission invoicing, journal entries, account analysis, reconciliations, and accounts receivable and payable activities
- Prepare and record journal entries during the monthly close
- Complete account reconciliations, analyze results, and investigate variances
- Prepare monthly sales and use tax returns
- Review employee expense reports for compliance with company policies
- Reconcile and administer corporate credit card accounts
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciation
- Review general ledger activity and correct discrepancies
- Oversee accounts payable processes and reconcile vendor statements
- Build and maintain effective vendor relationships
