- Support leadership with product design strategy and implementation as needed
- Act as a technical resource, mentor junior designers, and help develop team capabilities
- Create innovative, effective user experience solutions
- Lead highly complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Align deliverables with business strategy, technical constraints, and design system components
- Provide insights that support design system development
- Build prototypes and participate in usability testing
- Use data to guide design decisions
- Define metrics, analyze user behavior and pain points, and recommend experience improvements
- Lead stakeholder meetings, clarify business needs and requirements, and present solutions clearly
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated visual and interface design expertise, including typography, grids, hierarchy, composition, interaction details, and motion fundamentals
- A curated portfolio showing final outcomes with concise supporting context
- Ability to create scalable solutions across multiple websites and help evolve a design system
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform design decisions
- Autonomy to lead projects and collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and other stakeholders
- Experience designing websites and web products is a plus
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of motion design and interaction prototyping is a plus
- Familiarity with code, Framer, or Webflow is a plus
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Figma proficiency is required
- Notion, Monday, and data platform experience is desirable
