Senior T24 Functional Consultant responsible for translating banking needs into specifications, testing plans, migration activities, and user training. Support Transact implementations for CBTW’s technology and business solutions.

- Translate business needs into clear Functional Specification Documents
- Work with business users to clarify requirements, including their purpose and expected outcomes
- Partner with technical and development teams across the software development lifecycle
- Coordinate technical specifications, development, functional testing, implementation, and migration activities
- Deliver training for bank users and lead Process Led Workflow sessions
- Assist bank users throughout system integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Create user guides and operational manuals
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability, including business-focused non-functional requirements
- Verify that requirements align with the bank’s standards
- Track user requirements, enhancements, change requests, and project progress
- Pursue TLC certification as directed by the Manager
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- At least six years of experience as a Transact functional consultant
- Practical experience delivering training and Process Led Workflow sessions
- Strong experience with BRD, BSDD, FSD, use cases, and related documentation
- Expertise in one or more modules, including AA Accounts and Deposits, Retail Lending, Core, Customer and GL, Operations, Payments, Corporate Lending, Data Migration, Treasury, or Trade Finance
- Basic understanding of broader Transact modules such as Core, Customer, Limits, and Collateral
- TLC certification is mandatory
