Senior Systems Analyst - Remote
Senior Systems Analyst gathering requirements and designing solutions for IT consulting projects. Work remotely with SQL, APIs, data modeling, and end-to-end delivery.
विवरण
- Gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Document requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, use cases, and workflows
- Model business processes and technical solutions using workflows, diagrams, data models, and API contracts
- Design technical solutions and transfer them to developers while resolving questions during implementation
- Contribute to refinement, planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure requirements meet the Definition of Ready
- Maintain traceability across requirements, solutions, and tests in partnership with the quality team
- Use SQL to analyze data, understand business rules, validate assumptions, and support specifications
- Assist with user acceptance testing by checking deliverables against documented requirements
- Maintain current project documentation in Confluence
- Investigate and resolve incidents in production environments
- Collaborate with the Squad Leader, developers, and broader team while monitoring work through production deployment
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or comparable contractor, third-party, or employee
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Experience with UML and BPMN modeling, including use cases, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and process flows
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts such as entities, relationships, and data dictionaries
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
- Understanding of application architecture and system integration involving REST and SOAP APIs, messaging, and files
- Ability to read and create API contracts
- Familiarity with Agile practices, including Scrum or Kanban, along with Jira and Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for converting business needs into clear technical specifications for developers
- Critical-thinking skills for identifying inconsistencies and gaps in business rules
