  • Build the AI platform behind a copilot for a new AI-native trading experience.
  • Create a high-performance Rust backend for streaming, fast tool execution, caching, and dependable coordination of models and tools.
  • Design resilient AI APIs and runtime components with access controls, rate limits, audit trails, tracing, retries, and fallback behavior.
  • Develop safeguards for trading actions, including predictable order previews, confirmation steps, repeat-safe tool calls, and detailed audit logs.
  • Work with product and frontend teams on AI-native experiences such as streaming, grounded citations, explanations, and reversible actions.
  • Learn the business domain in depth and turn its needs into secure, reliable platform building blocks.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least eight years of experience and strong command of a programming language.
  • Solid understanding of systems programming, including concurrency, networking, performance profiling, reliability, and distributed systems patterns.
  • Experience designing and running production APIs or services with strong observability, correctness guarantees, and security considerations.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to define platform needs, shape the architecture, and deliver solutions end to end.
  • Self-directed approach and willingness to take on unfamiliar areas to solve problems.
  • Bonus: Production Rust experience, including Tokio or async programming, service design, and performance tuning.
  • Bonus: Experience building AI or ML inference platforms, tool execution systems, streaming, or retrieval and grounding capabilities.
  • Bonus: Experience with trading systems, such as order lifecycles, execution, risk checks, and auditability, or other critical financial infrastructure.
  • Bonus: Deep knowledge of trading across asset classes and margin types.
  • Bonus: Experience with Postgres performance and data modeling in high-throughput systems.
