Senior SEO Specialist — Hybrid in Łódź

- Own SEO projects end to end, from audits and strategy through implementation and results
- Show clients how search performance supports revenue, leads, and market share
- Develop solutions for GEO, AI search, social search, and emerging search formats
- Help create new agency services and refresh the positioning of existing offerings
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and workshops, with optional involvement in conferences and webinars
- Partner with content specialists and experts from other agency disciplines
- Learn the team, processes, and client context during the first months
- Assume ownership of key projects and review current SEO activity
- Identify and map new opportunities for clients, especially across AI search and GEO
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 4–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or large organization
- Working knowledge of technical SEO, content, link building, and analytics
- Understanding of agency and client businesses, with the ability to connect both perspectives
- Keep up with developments in search and AI
- Present SEO effectively to people across organizational levels, including CMOs, CFOs, and marketing specialists
- Work independently and take initiative
- Bring ambition and determination to the role
- Be confident speaking in public
- Experience with GEO or AI search optimization is a plus
- Experience pitching and selling SEO services is a plus
- Industry presentations and publications are a plus
- Ability to analyze data from GSC, GA4, Senuto, Ahrefs, and BigQuery and turn it into a compelling narrative is a plus
