Senior SAP Finance Business Analyst – Colombia Remote Contract
Senior Business Analyst role supporting SAP Finance initiatives for an enterprise consulting client. The position focuses on requirements, testing, process analysis, and coordination across distributed business and technology teams.

- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify needs, processes, and requirements
- Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements based on SAP Finance expertise
- Collect, document, and confirm business and functional requirements
- Convert business needs into functional specifications for technical delivery teams
- Coordinate communication among business stakeholders, SAP specialists, and technology teams
- Contribute to requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities
- Take part in workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Recognize process gaps and propose practical solutions
- Help create test scenarios, perform testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Assist with identifying, investigating, and resolving issues across the project lifecycle
- Keep project records and requirements documentation current
- Report project updates, requirements, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology settings
- Strong functional expertise and practical experience with SAP Finance (FI)
- Solid understanding of finance business processes and how they are supported in SAP
- Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities
- Background in complex enterprise or consulting environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
- Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial accounting, financial reporting, and SAP Finance integrations
- Experience with business analysis, requirements documentation, functional analysis, process analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, UAT and testing support, and cross-functional collaboration
- Regular availability through at least 3:00 PM EST with meaningful overlap with Canadian working hours
- Available to start immediately
