Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect – Federal Healthcare
Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture, integrations, and modernization for federal healthcare systems at ELYON International. This full-time remote role focuses on secure, compliant platform solutions and technical leadership.

- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across business and technology domains
- Define end-to-end architectures, integration strategies, data models, and platform direction
- Act as the technical authority on Salesforce capabilities, architecture, and best practices
- Translate stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Create architecture roadmaps supporting strategic priorities and modernization efforts
- Design integrations connecting Salesforce with external systems, applications, and data platforms
- Ensure solutions meet federal security, privacy, accessibility, and governance standards
- Guide development, testing, deployment, and production support activities
- Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution evaluations
- Maintain architecture standards, design patterns, and development practices
- Coach developers, administrators, and technical leads
- Support Agile teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
- Evaluate opportunities to apply new Salesforce features and emerging technologies
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, security teams, and program leaders
- Provide architecture oversight and technical leadership for a federal healthcare modernization program
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 or more years in Salesforce architecture
- Demonstrated success designing enterprise Salesforce solutions in complex environments
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture principles
- Hands-on experience with system integration, API design, data migration, and enterprise applications
- Experience leading technical teams and establishing architectural governance
- Strong grounding in cloud computing, security, and application development practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain any required federal background investigation
- Experience supporting federal healthcare or health IT programs
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential
- Salesforce Certified System Architect credential
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification strongly preferred
- Background working in regulated environments with security and compliance oversight
- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms and integration frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal background investigation or VA clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
