- Own end-to-end controls that prevent account takeover and scams
- Expand risk processes to preserve coverage across new products and regions
- Establish risk performance metrics and reporting frameworks
- Identify and prioritize control improvements for ongoing risk reduction
- Apply data analysis to evaluate risks affecting large customer segments
- Rigorously measure outcomes and quantify associated tradeoffs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on risk strategies
- Turn analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior risk and product leaders
- Investigate fraudulent and scam activity and coordinate mitigation
- Assess alerts involving unusual customer and transaction behavior
आवश्यकताएँ
- More than six years of hands-on risk experience in e-commerce or financial services
- At least two years specializing in account takeover and scam prevention within Fraud, Trust and Safety, or Account Security
- Two or more years of professional data-analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Experience querying and working with large-scale databases
- Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Superset
- Ability to independently define and deliver analytics projects while working across functions
- Working knowledge of blockchain analytics and cryptocurrency fraud patterns
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight
