- Create high-performance distributed systems designed for low latency
- Architect, build, and launch new features and product functionality
- Partner with Product to define requirements and lead projects from inception through delivery
- Work closely with distributed Engineering and Product teams across multiple locations
- Evaluate and improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of servers and processes
- Make durable architectural decisions instead of relying on short-term fixes
- Spot avoidable complexity, assess existing approaches, and simplify systems
- Develop scalable integrations that improve platform performance
- Build and tune real-time services
- Advance audience and segment capabilities across AI-assisted segment discovery, international targeting, contextual intelligence, data marketplaces, graph foundations, and scalable first-party segment pipelines
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience building SaaS applications with Python
- Background in database system design using relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres, or NoSQL systems
- Professional experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, including system architecture analysis and cost considerations, or equivalent expertise with another cloud platform
- Experience developing and working with REST or GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and SQL, including BigQuery
- Effective communication skills in Polish and English
- JavaScript or TypeScript and Java experience is advantageous
- Experience using Airflow and Cloud Composer
- Experience creating, maintaining, and updating DAGs for data-pipeline orchestration and automation
- Experience in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is a strong advantage
