Lead complex market research projects for Ipsos, coordinating clients, stakeholders, delivery teams, costs, and process improvements.

- Deliver high-quality market research projects successfully
- Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain effective client communication
- Coordinate project delivery with research and operations teams
- Plan and manage research projects from start to finish
- Support complete cost estimates for projects and new business briefs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Help develop standard and automated project protocols
- Partner with research and delivery teams to meet timelines and quality standards
- Improve delivery processes through design solutions, automation, and remote hub use
- Manage the full project lifecycle with the Research team and project management lead
- Attend regular client meetings and build knowledge of client businesses
- Monitor project costs, identify risks, and support financial performance reviews

- Demonstrated experience managing quantitative research projects in market research

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience managing multi-market tracking studies is desirable
