  • Build end-to-end proof-of-concept features, interactive prototypes, and technical sandboxes for North’s partner systems.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, wireframes, and schemas, including employee permission rules, table-mapping mockups, and modifier customizations.
  • Set product evaluation criteria before development to validate proposed solutions and measure outcomes.
  • Interview merchants and sales partners, then turn their feedback into working solutions.
  • Track competitor release cycles and point-of-sale innovations to support rapid feature delivery.
  • Use LLM APIs and AI coding agents to speed product discovery, code generation, and functional prototyping.
  • Connect product strategy with delivery across North’s partner systems, including its AI sales copilot and HubSpot and partner ecosystem integrations.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least eight years in product management, product engineering, product analysis, or a similar technical product role.
  • Strong command of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding agents.
  • A strong understanding of users, built through direct discovery with sales partners, agents, and ISOs.
  • Solid technical skills, including SQL, JavaScript, and REST or web APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Agile software development teams.
  • Proficiency with Jira and modern product management tools.
  • Familiarity with payment hardware such as card readers, POS terminals, and kiosks.
  • Hands-on experience developing native or cross-platform apps for iOS and Android.
  • Product Owner certification, such as CSPO, preferred.
  • Payments or fintech industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
