- Lead mobile architecture and shape technical direction across teams
- Mentor engineers and advance engineering quality
- Manage features from debugging and documentation through testing, release, and monitoring
- Attend daily stand-ups and recurring company-wide team meetings
- Help define the mobile roadmap for architecture, frameworks, and developer tooling
- Join design and architecture reviews and optimize performance across iOS and Android
- Build maintainable Flutter solutions with effective state management, dependency injection, and reactive programming
- Partner with Product and Design to enhance the mobile user experience
- Diagnose issues, reduce their impact, and propose preventive improvements
- Strengthen observability, monitoring, and crash analytics to improve stability and quality
- Promote technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least six years of professional software engineering experience
- At least two years of production experience with Flutter and Dart
- Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and patterns such as BLoC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
- Experience maintaining Flutter testing strategies across unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Familiarity with creating CI/CD automation for mobile delivery
- Understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and offline data management
- Familiarity with improving performance, reliability, and user experience across varied devices
- Ability to work effectively in a team that follows agile principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid command of object-oriented programming principles
- Knowledge of integrating native iOS with Swift and Android with Kotlin or Java
- Experience in fintech or trading platforms
- Contributions to open-source frameworks or SDKs
