  • Shape application, integration, data, security, and environment architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Lead technical delivery from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Design and build enterprise integrations with Dataverse, REST/OData APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and related technologies.
  • Develop prototypes and proofs of concept, review code and configurations, and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, deployment, security, data, environment, and performance issues.
  • Set and promote engineering and application lifecycle practices for source control, branching, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment automation.
  • Turn solution architecture into technical designs and requirements for developers and consultants.
  • Assess and communicate risks, dependencies, constraints, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Architect and support Copilot, Power Platform automation, and AI solutions with enterprise security and governance.
  • Lead client technical conversations, architecture workshops, design reviews, demonstrations, and technical deep dives.
  • Contribute to estimates, proposals, technical plans, and delivery decisions.
  • Coach and advise developers and consultants on technical matters.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring 7–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise applications built with Microsoft technologies.
  • Have at least four recent years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Have led the technical work on at least two complete Dynamics 365 implementations, from solution design through production launch.
  • Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations extensibility, including X++, extensions, data entities, Data Management Framework (DMF), batch processing, security, and environment management.
  • Have experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, REST/OData APIs, Azure integration services, and application lifecycle management.
  • Have designed and troubleshot enterprise integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
  • Be experienced with source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, code reviews, testing, and release management.
  • Hold relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
  • Evaluate technical options and make practical architecture choices that account for scalability, maintainability, security, performance, and delivery constraints.
  • Troubleshoot problems across application, integration, data, and infrastructure boundaries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and explain complex technical concepts and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

  • Preferred: experience with other Dynamics 365 applications, dual-write, business events, virtual entities/tables, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, generative AI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, enterprise security, identity, monitoring, observability, and governance.
