- Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, operations research, or a related field
- Preferred: At least 7 years of hands-on statistical or econometric experience
- Preferred: At least 5 years of experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets
- Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in financial services
- Preferred: At least 5 years of experience developing statistical or econometric models
- Preferred: At least 5 years of experience validating statistical or econometric models
- Preferred: At least 2 years of data governance experience
- Preferred: At least 2 years of predictive analytics experience
