Senior Manager, Accounts Payable and Travel | IGT, Las Vegas
Lead IGT’s global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations, overseeing controls, external providers, automation, and working capital initiatives. This senior role partners with Finance and other teams to improve service and operational performance.

- Oversee global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations.
- Ensure supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and month-end activities are accurate and timely.
- Manage outsourced providers, including Genpact, and drive accountability, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Maintain internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
- Advance process improvement, automation, and standardization.
- Partner with Procurement, Treasury, HR, Finance, and Accounting to improve operational performance.
- Support working capital optimization and cash management objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense organization.
- Meet service-level commitments and keep processes audit-ready.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and Finance leadership.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least eight years of experience in Accounts Payable, shared services, procure-to-pay, or finance operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and outsourced service providers.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable operations, Travel & Expense processes, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Concur, and process automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
