Senior Lead Controller, Manufacturing
Lead Dynapar’s financial operations, including US GAAP compliance, SOX controls, manufacturing cost accounting, reporting, and audits. Guide the Controlling team and support sound financial decisions.

- Maintain US GAAP compliance across two entities.
- Implement, maintain, and improve SOX internal controls.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Ensure accurate, timely month-end closes.
- Prepare income tax information for corporate reporting.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and safeguard financial data integrity.
- Complete annual standard cost updates.
- Analyze physical inventory variances and oversee inventory controls.
- Oversee manufacturing cost accounting processes.
- Analyze variances and provide financial insight to Operations leaders.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure controls.
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Review credit card transactions and related expenditure controls.
- Administer user access for the Concur Expense system.
- Govern JDE and purchase order approval limits.
- Conduct ad hoc expense and balance sheet analyses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports.
- Set goals, provide feedback, and support succession planning.
- Work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance.
- Share risks and insights with leaders to support data-informed decisions.
- Research and interpret complex accounting issues.
- Lead the adoption and documentation of accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Advise on revenue recognition, fixed asset management, and related topics.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting.
- Audit experience in a Big Four public accounting firm.
- At least five years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with global ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive process improvement and lead change in a complex, matrixed organization.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
