- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Set the vision, roadmap, and business architecture for the Apriso MES ecosystem
- Align Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams around business priorities and long-term objectives
- Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and solution design
- Work with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Agile teams to deliver manufacturing solutions
- Find ways to optimize processes, automate work, and apply technology to improve operations
- Connect MES with SAP and other manufacturing platforms end to end
- Coordinate stakeholders, support decisions, and address business or project escalations
- Advance effective practices in manufacturing, digital transformation, and solution architecture
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline
- At least eight years of professional experience, including five or more years in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, including MES (Apriso preferred), SAP, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and PLM
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
- A track record of delivering large manufacturing or digital transformation programs
- Experience guiding products or platforms across their lifecycle, from design and deployment through ongoing improvement
- Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operations planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance immediate business needs with long-term architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced global setting
