- Oversee daily operations, monitoring, and performance optimization for IBM i environments
- Keep systems secure, current, and compliant with organizational IT policies
- Administer backup processes, disaster recovery capabilities, and high-availability solutions
- Work with application and database teams on deployments and incident resolution
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and capacity-planning initiatives
- Document system configurations, operating procedures, and relevant policies
- Coach and assist fellow systems engineers
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience with IBM i technologies, including CL, HMC, network configuration, Backup Recovery Media Services, data replication, high availability and disaster recovery, and performance tuning
- Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and customer service capabilities
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
- New hires must successfully complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
