Improve real-property data, documentation, and business processes as a senior management analyst supporting Mano Lani LLC. Analyze databases and coordinate GIS, technical, and client stakeholder teams.

- Evaluate business processes, procedures, and data to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Examine real-property and related business information across multiple data sources.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance reviews.
- Assess data structures and information models to strengthen organization and accessibility.
- Develop management reports, presentations, performance metrics, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with analysts, GIS specialists, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Contribute to data management, real-property, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with project teams and clients to assess processes, interpret information, produce documentation, and improve business operations.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, GIS, management, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to produce clear written reports, procedures, and presentations.
- Ability to satisfy applicable client access requirements.
- Experience supporting real-property, facilities, GIS, or asset-management programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS software is preferred.
- Experience supporting government or large enterprise organizations is preferred.
- Knowledge of data quality, metadata, or data-management standards is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, type and read on a computer screen, perform bending, reaching, and kneeling, and potentially lift up to 25 pounds.
