- Review technical and functional specifications.
- Shape the architecture of Next.js applications using App Router, Server Components, and Server Actions.
- Build and maintain a reusable Tailwind CSS design system.
- Integrate API data into application components.
- Plan and carry out testing needed to release applications to production.
- Maintain code quality and optimize performance.
- Operate, maintain, update, and technically evolve applications and websites.
- Improve performance using Core Web Vitals, SSR, SSG, ISR, and caching.
- Build accessible web experiences.
- Track technology developments and contribute to applying industry best practices.

- A higher education qualification equivalent to two or three years of post-secondary study.
- At least six years of experience in a comparable role.
- At least two years of experience with Next.js.
- Strong skills in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong skills in shadcn/ui, React Hook Form, and Zod.
- Strong skills in ESLint, Prettier, Vitest, and Testing Library.
- Experience with GitLab, Storybook, Figma, and Jira.
- Experience working with Agile practices.
- Experience in a monorepo environment using Turborepo.
- A strong interest in UX/UI and RGAA/WCAG accessibility standards.
- Expertise in design systems.
