  • Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the global Wind Services supply chain
  • Analyze cost drivers, manufacturing variances, and overhead absorption to improve P&L performance
  • Work with supply chain leaders to connect operational KPIs with financial results
  • Develop business cases for remanufacturing site expansions, technology investments, and process scaling
  • Build cost-accounting models to support the shift from pilot programs to full-scale remanufacturing
  • Track and report profitability for remanufactured and newly manufactured components
  • Create and implement a global framework for structural cost management
  • Assess manufacturing footprint optimization, including site selection, lease-versus-buy decisions, and capacity planning
  • Manage inventory strategy to strengthen working capital, supply reliability, inventory turns, and valuation health
  • Perform financial modeling for sourcing plans, logistics network design, and capital allocation
  • Maintain supply chain financial controls and compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies
  • Use Tableau, Power BI, Python, n8n, and SQL to provide timely visibility into supply chain risks and opportunities
  • Foster a data-driven and innovative culture across global initiatives

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or engineering
  • At least five years of progressive experience in supply chain finance, plant finance, or operational FP&A, preferably in the industrial or energy sector
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for modern data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to connect financial analysis with physical supply chain operations, including inventory, logistics, and remanufacturing
  • Record of influencing cross-functional teams and leading complex global initiatives with limited supervision
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, where applicable
  • An MBA or professional credential such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is preferred
