Senior Facility Executive in Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)
Lead facility management and building operations at Bank Negara Tunas Kijang in Kuala Lumpur. Coordinate maintenance, contractors, inspections, budgets, compliance, and prompt resolution of operational issues.

- Direct daily facility management and building operations to support reliable, efficient service delivery.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Supervise contractors and service providers against service levels, quality benchmarks, safety requirements, and contract terms.
- Liaise with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and relevant authorities on facility matters.
- Inspect facilities regularly to detect maintenance concerns, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Track maintenance requests, equipment failures, complaints, and corrective work through to timely resolution.
- Support facility budgeting, quotation reviews, purchase requisitions, and operating expense control.
- Maintain compliance with statutory obligations, building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Keep complete records of maintenance, contracts, inspections, incidents, and facility operations.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building management, engineering, property management, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in facility management, building operations, property management, or a similar field.
- Working knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, facilities operations, and contractor oversight.
- Professional experience managing vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
