- One to two years of experience in software implementation
- At least one year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, testing, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills for working with team members and clients
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or related certifications, including progress toward certification, is a plus
- Prior consulting experience is a plus
