  • Contribute to software integration across multiple programs.
  • Coordinate effectively with teams across the organization.
  • Build and manage DevSecOps practices that improve software development and delivery.
  • Manage configuration, code integrity, and version control using ClearCase, Bitbucket, and Git.
  • Use Bitbucket, GitHub, Bamboo, SonarQube, Coverity, and Black Duck for CI/CD, code quality, and security.
  • Create and maintain Python, PowerShell, and Batch scripts and Makefiles to automate work and improve efficiency.
  • Modernize AeroSPS infrastructure with a sustainable DevOps framework.
  • Digitize metrics and health monitoring for infrastructure and build systems.
  • As a people leader, advance employee development, retention, engagement, recruiting, succession planning, and an inclusive culture.
  • Report to the Senior Engineering Manager.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • At least five years of software engineering experience focused on DevSecOps.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management systems, including ClearCase, Atlassian Bitbucket, and Git.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Batch, plus experience with Makefiles.
  • Ability to lead integration work and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, hold protected U.S. status under asylum or refugee status, or be able to obtain export authorization.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with compiler and linker options and embedded development.
  • Experience applying software development best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Interest in innovation and ongoing learning.
