- Produce polished graphic and motion assets, including static designs, animation and video edits
- Translate brand and campaign concepts into channel-specific work for social, web, out-of-home and broadcast
- Direct graphic and motion design across multiple concurrent briefs
- Maintain creative quality, strategic relevance, brand consistency and meticulous execution
- Serve as the client-facing design lead and explain the thinking behind creative decisions
- Guide, develop and mentor junior and midweight designers
- Promote the effective use of AI-assisted design tools across the team
- Partner with Creative, Strategy and Production on integrated campaign delivery
- Build strong, consistently positive client relationships

- At least four years of agency or in-house design experience
- Confident creating both motion and static design
- Track record producing tailored assets for social, web, out-of-home and broadcast
- Advanced knowledge of design principles and their application to current trends and innovations
- Ability to edit video and develop narrative-led creative work
- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring designers
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of AI design and image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway and Firefly or comparable platforms
- A clear perspective on incorporating AI tools into a craft-focused workflow
- Proactive approach to solving problems and taking ownership
- Strong communication and expectation-setting skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment with overlapping deadlines
