Senior Data Developer – Cloud Database Specialist
Senior Data Developer modernizing on-premises infrastructure and databases for Azure at CI&T. Builds solutions with agentic SDLC, Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
विवरण
- Design and implement Azure software and infrastructure modernization solutions, from architecture through tested code
- Lead Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot development within an agentic SDLC
- Own application accountability through production delivery
- Map the current environment strategically and help define the target architecture with the architect
- Support modernization planning for healthcare portals
- Gather, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements with business and technology stakeholders
- Use Jira, Confluence, and Miro for collaboration and project documentation
- Create, tailor, and coordinate agents, skills, subagents, commands, and harnesses
- Share reusable agents and skills across the team to shorten delivery cycles
- Implement microservices, event-driven architectures, queues, CI/CD, TDD, and automation
- Convert functional needs into practical, scalable technical solutions without unnecessary complexity
- Assess solutions, agents, and skills through evaluations, testing, and red teaming
- Work with Scrum and Kanban, document activities, track progress, and recommend continuous improvements
- Prepare solutions for deployment by the AI Deployment Engineer
आवश्यकताएँ
- Knowledge of Azure and ARO, including application architecture and deployment
- Proficiency in microservices, event-driven architectures, queues, CI/CD, and TDD
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Experience working with Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication skills for partnering with business and technology teams
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills for assessing needs and shaping solutions
- Experience with or familiarity with agentic SDLC and AI-assisted development is preferred
- Experience with Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot
- Experience with RAG, tool orchestration, evaluations, and multi-agent solutions
- Experience using foundation models through APIs
- Experience with automation, testing, and red teaming
