Senior Contracts Manager - SANEARES (Hybrid, Brazil)
Lead strategic, large-scale sanitation contracts for SANEARES, overseeing execution, performance, and client relationships. Drive technical, financial, contractual, and customer satisfaction outcomes across major projects.

- Own the execution and performance of strategic, large-scale contracts.
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations, scope, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
- Act as the principal liaison between SANEARES and its clients.
- Monitor contract health, risks, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Deliver the technical, financial, and commercial outcomes defined for each contract.
- Track schedules, costs, quality, productivity, margins, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Support negotiations covering amendments, reviews, claims, and scope changes.
- Advance risk management across the contract portfolio.
- Present periodic contract results to the Executive Board.
- Develop leaders and foster a high-performance culture.
- Uphold technical and regulatory standards together with internal policies.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification in Environmental Engineering, Sanitation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or specialization in Project Management, Leadership, or Business Management.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- At least 15 years of experience working on sanitation projects.
- Background managing large-scale contracts and projects.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
