- Resolve findings from the current compliance audit, starting with the most urgent issues
- Establish a minimum viable compliance function during the initial months
- Maintain a prioritized cross-product risk register and document decisions
- Develop pre-launch compliance processes with marketing, design, and product teams
- Review advertising creatives and product messaging, starting with highest-performing materials
- Monitor policy changes from the App Store, Google Play, and Meta alongside relevant local regulations
- Evaluate the commercial impact of policy and regulatory developments
- Present risks to product CEOs with impact analyses and practical alternatives
- Automate recurring compliance work with AI tools and internal systems
- Develop the Rist Labs compliance handbook for product teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of mobile app compliance experience in a product company
- Practical knowledge of App Store and Google Play policies
- Understanding of subscription and payment regulations
- Knowledge of user-data requirements across jurisdictions, with a focus on 70% US and 30% other markets
- Familiarity with Meta advertising policies
- Ability to evaluate compliance risks in relation to revenue and recommend solutions
- Experience creating or rebuilding compliance processes
- Ability to convert regulatory and platform requirements into guidance for marketing, product, and leadership
- Experience using AI tools or agents in day-to-day compliance work
- Upper-Intermediate English or above
- Experience with B2C subscription applications is an advantage
- A legal or audit background is an advantage; former Big Four experience is a strong plus
