- Serve as the main finance partner for Marketing leadership, providing commercial insight and support for strategic planning.
- Create data-led frameworks for assessing campaign performance, acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage monthly financial reporting, marketing spend monitoring, and long-term forecasts across channels.
- Work with Brand, Commercial, and Subscriptions Finance teams to connect marketing investment with wider commercial priorities.
- Build dashboards and financial tools that strengthen visibility into marketing ROI and retention performance.
- Assess investment choices across brands to improve commercial returns and contribute to subscription growth.
- Monitor marketing expenditure, coordinate monthly performance reporting, and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Analyse campaign ROI, customer retention measures, and longer-term budget requirements.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Proven experience in commercial finance, marketing investment analysis, or commercial business partnering.
- Experience creating financial frameworks, reporting tools, or analytics dashboards from the ground up.
- Working knowledge of subscription models, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) measures.
- Skilled in financial modelling and data platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Clear communicator who can build effective relationships across marketing and finance functions.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or comparable accounting qualification, or equivalent practical commercial experience.
- Background analysing marketing expenditure, campaign ROI, or commercial performance data.
- Experience developing financial models, forecasts, or reporting dashboards with tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- Able to work from Future’s Bath head office on a hybrid basis.
