- Assess monthly guarantee results for each client.
- Prepare reports on financial performance.
- Supply reports and information for audit requests.
- Work with Underwriting, Networks, Sales and Account Management, Audit, and Legal to assess contract terms and advise on pricing strategy.
- Run monthly data queries for assigned guarantee clients.
- Analyze results, drug mix, and utilization to find ways to reduce financial risk.
- Partner with underwriting, finance, and accounting teams to address process gaps and overlaps.
- Compare underwriting assumptions and contract terms with actual results through lookback analyses.
- Create reporting packages and presentations for management.
- Develop best practices and draw conclusions to support key business decisions.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 3 years of experience building financial models and working with large datasets in a database environment.
- At least 3 years of experience managing multiple projects and delivering results on time.
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL and Google Cloud BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of the health insurance, managed care, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- At least 2 years of PBM experience, preferably in drug pricing and analytics.
