- Translate clients’ retirement and insurance needs into clear, complete user stories.
- Set functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain high-level technical materials, including traceability matrices, data models, mockups, and solution journeys.
- Align the development team around the agreed scope.
- Map and model business processes.
- Communicate requirements changes effectively.
- Estimate analysis hours, workload, and complexity.
- Contribute to annual demand planning.
- Coach junior analysts.
- Connect stakeholders and support clear communication between them.
- Check that solutions satisfy company requirements and objectives.
- Analyze data in depth, spot trends, and identify business opportunities that support growth for the business unit and its clients.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least six years of relevant experience across varied, complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of retirement and insurance.
- Skilled in process design, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
- Experience with business analysis tools and Agile or traditional methods.
- Experience working with databases and SQL.
- Understanding of programming logic and system integrations using APIs or web services.
- Strong business systems perspective, analytical and critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate studies or certifications in a relevant field such as technology, retirement, or insurance.
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
- Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- Adaptability, emotional intelligence, urgency, prioritization, and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive approach and commitment to deadlines and quality.
