- Identify and recommend commercial solutions that support the cooperative purpose
- Use data intelligence to analyze performance, test hypotheses, uncover opportunities, improve processes, and strengthen efficiency metrics
- Assess market trends, technologies, and innovations to expand cooperativism through scalable digital channels
- Create presentations and communicate relevant findings and information to stakeholders
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary cooperativism team as a technical subject-matter reference
- Build partnerships with departments, cooperatives, and external organizations to promote knowledge sharing and cooperative values
- Maintain support materials used to develop cooperativism
- Create initiatives that sustain and improve the Cooperative Education and Membership Organization Programs in line with strategic priorities
- Measure and report program performance, connect metrics to business outcomes, and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Support change management activities with an emphasis on user experience
- Coordinate suppliers delivering projects of medium complexity
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Preferred: familiarity with financial markets, including business operations
- Knowledge of Lean methods and process automation, with practical experience applying them
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile and co-creation methods, including Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban
- Preferred: understanding of process value chains, especially in financial services or cooperative organizations
