- Work autonomously while owning tasks from initiation through completion
- Shape engineering practices by influencing architecture and guiding technical improvements
- Simplify and streamline the software development process
- Collaborate with Product to turn business needs into creative, incremental, and efficient solutions
- Build components and applications designed for simplicity, efficiency, maintainability, and reuse
- Document applications and architectural decisions thoroughly
- Establish production observability and assist with resolving incidents
- Evaluate and improve application scalability, reliability, and security
- Own projects across their full lifecycle
- Work collaboratively to identify and clear blockers
- Track web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, and recommend process improvements
