SEA Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Search) – Remote Germany
Lead international paid search and performance marketing campaigns for Serviceplan Group, an owner- and partner-led agency network. Shape strategy, optimize campaigns, run testing, report results, and advise clients.

- Own international performance campaigns from initial strategy through delivery
- Communicate directly with clients throughout campaign activities
- Recommend and apply campaign improvements using relevant marketing platforms
- Plan, manage, and optimize Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and App campaigns
- Track KPIs, budgets, and campaign effectiveness
- Design A/B/N and multivariate testing programs
- Analyze experiment outcomes and turn findings into practical optimizations
- Create client-facing reports and present results through a clear performance narrative
- Work closely with the Team Lead and specialists across disciplines
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, particularly SEA or paid search
- A customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Clear, confident, and professional communication with clients and colleagues in daily work and pitches
- Practical experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
- Professional working proficiency in English
- German language skills at C1 level or above
- Relevant professional certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
