- Verify that commercial agreements are reflected regularly, completely, and accurately in the company’s accounts
- Review supplier-service accounting and offset recorded amounts against liabilities
- Bill suppliers for the commercial services delivered
- Reconcile and record RFA credit notes
- Match received credit notes with requests submitted in the RFA system
- Investigate differences between actual results and forecasts
- Oversee clearing accounts
- Follow up with suppliers and recover outstanding credit notes through the Group tool
- Maintain dependable and accurate RFA accounts
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated experience in accounting
- Prior exposure to RFA processes is a significant advantage
- A BTS in Accounting or an equivalent qualification is preferred
- Work with precision and dependability, listen carefully, and contribute positively to the team
- Anticipate potential issues and take a proactive approach to resolving them
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize work
- Proficient with Excel, Cegid, and Google Workspace
- Confident using digital tools and quick to master new systems
