- Improve the ElevenAPI dashboard so developers can manage integrations and track application and agent usage
- Make onboarding smoother, from API key creation and agent setup to a first successful integration
- Design and launch experiments to increase activation, API key creation, and self-serve subscriptions
- Apply experiment findings to product decisions
- Lead features from discovery and design through frontend and backend development, deployment, and iteration
- Collaborate with the team and learn directly from users
- May have the opportunity to grow into technical and team leadership
आवश्यकताएँ
- Strong full-stack engineering ability, especially in frontend development, backend services, and APIs
- Sound product judgment and a strong focus on user experience
- Ability to make complex developer workflows easy to use
- Experience using user feedback, product data, and experiments to prioritize work and improve measurable results
- Ability to work independently, own projects end to end, and communicate clearly
- Interest in developer tools and developer experience
- Experience building developer-focused products, API dashboards, or onboarding flows is especially useful
- Previous experience in technical or team leadership is a plus
- Generative audio experience is not required
- Must live in a location eligible under the remote work arrangement and application form
