- Oversee and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Develop and improve property listings through stronger photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Apply dynamic pricing strategies to increase property revenue
- Manage bookings and maintain guest relationships
- Respond to messages, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes
- Schedule cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Identify and contact property owners seeking outsourced management services
- Handle owner inquiries from the ALB platform and coordinate operations in real time
- Optionally recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions from their activity
