विवरण

Support community accounts across New England, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Strengthen hematology operations and prepare community accounts to execute operational strategies.
Train account teams on clinical, economic and operational matters.
Work with Johnson & Johnson Oncology field colleagues to develop relationships with key community account stakeholders.
Oversee customer relationships across the full account and deploy resources as appropriate.
Train account staff in product use, transitions in patient care, operations, product delivery, care protocols, EHR implementation and REMS requirements.
Advise on economic value assessments and cost-of-care issues in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Explain Johnson & Johnson patient affordability programs to account staff.
Coordinate with OS and OCE teams to support safe, efficient product supply, dosing, administration, monitoring and adverse-event reporting and management.
Work with commercial field teams on product education, payer conditions, economics and reimbursement at the population level.

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license issued by one of the 50 U.S. states.
Able to travel up to 60% of the time.
Live in or be willing to relocate to the assigned geography.
Oncology work experience preferred.
Pharmaceutical, biologic, hospital or large-account sales experience preferred.
Working knowledge of reimbursement, payers, providers and infusion operations preferred.
Experience working with field teams preferred.
Practice management and operations experience, or comparable experience in a similar role, preferred.
Interest in AI and technology and willingness to learn emerging technologies preferred.
