- Complete a 10-day training program with five theoretical and five practical days

- At least three months of call center sales experience
- A desktop computer or laptop
- Windows 10 operating system
- At least a fifth-generation Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed

- Camera enabled during training
- Valid RUC and Clave SOL registration
