Inspect structures, test materials, and prepare engineering documents for Marine Solutions’ bridge and waterfront infrastructure projects. This onsite Boise role supports project delivery through analysis, collaboration, and field work.

- Inspect and evaluate structures in the field under the guidance of a senior engineer.
- Test materials and document the results in reports.
- Complete complex engineering calculations using established engineering practices.
- Prepare detailed engineering documents, including inspection reports, design plans, and specifications.
- Take part in internal project meetings.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Help maintain a safe work culture.
- Keep industry knowledge and expertise current through professional organizations and other activities.

- Bring technical knowledge, experience, and capability in the relevant area of practice.

- Hold a bachelor's and/or master's degree in civil, structural, or ocean engineering from an accredited four-year university.
- Have 0–4 years of engineering experience.
- Hold Engineer-in-Training (EIT) status.
- Have a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Meet Marine Solutions' employment eligibility requirements.
- Be able to work in rugged conditions and adverse weather.
- Be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Be available to work overtime and outside normal working hours.
- Be able to travel within and outside the continental United States as required.
